One year ago today, Donald Trump’s second term began. Instead of delivering on his promise to lower prices on “Day One,” Trump has thrown working families, farmers, and small businesses across Wisconsin into crisis. While Trump focuses on building a gilded ballroom, calls affordability a “hoax,” and flips off workers, Wisconsin families are struggling under skyrocketing costs and less health care. New polling on Donald Trump’s first year shows that twice as many Americans say Trump is focused on the wrong priorities as the right ones, and a staggering 6 in 10 U.S. adults think Trump has done more to hurt than help the cost of living in his second term.
