420 New Homes Proposed for Tongham Village

Proposal to build 420 homes in village Published 55 minutes ago A developer has applied for planning consent to build 420 homes in Surrey. Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey submitted an outline application to Guildford Borough Council for the site between Poyle Road and The Street in Tongham. The company said the scheme would provide much-needed homes in easy reach of shops, schools and other local services. Members of the public have until 13 February to submit comments on the application to Guildford Borough Council.
