Skoda Kylaq New Variants Launch: Classic+, Signature+, Prestige+ Priced From Rs 8.25 Lakh

At the grand debut of 2026 Kushaq facelift in Kochi, Skoda Auto India also announced new variants of Kylaq. This will further extend the variant lineup of Kylaq ensuring more options for buyers. Let’s take a closer look at the newly announced Kylaq variants at the debut of Kushaq facelift. Skoda Kylaq New Variants Launch The new variants for Kylaq come in the form of + versions of existing trims – Classic, Signature and Prestige. These are called Classic+, Signature+ and Prestige+. All three of these newly introduced trim levels come with both MT and AT gearbox options. Skoda promises more features and equipment with these trims to better attract buyers. Where pricing is concerned, Classic+ has been priced at Rs 8.25 lakh (Ex-sh) for Manual and Rs 9.25 lakh (Ex-sh) for Automatic. It has to be noted that Classic+ AT is now the most affordable automatic gearbox variant for Kylaq, making it a tempting proposition for buyers to get a Turbo Petrol and 6-speed torque converter combination. Signature+ has been priced at Rs 10.77 lakh (Ex-sh) for Manual and Rs 11.77 lakh (Ex-sh) for Automatic. Prestige+ is now the top-spec trim level in Skoda Kylaq’s trim hierarchy and the prices start from Rs 11.99 lakh (Ex-sh) for Manual and Rs 12.99 lakh (Ex-sh) for Automatic gearbox option. What’s new? With Classic+ trim, Skoda Auto is offering enthusiast features like 16-inch alloy wheels, an electric sunroof, cruise control and steering mounted controls as standard. Where safety is concerned, Classic+ trim gets auto-dimming IRVMs and rain-sensing wipers as standard fitment. These features are usually not associated with base trim level. With mid-level Signature+ trim, Skoda is trickling down some of the features and creature comforts from top-spec Prestige trim. These include rear washer and wipers along with paddle shifters with automatic variants, among others. Top-spec Prestige+ trims will come equipped with more features than Kylaq already gets, which are sadly not revealed as of writing this article. New Sportline Variant Incoming Skoda Auto India also announced that there will be a new Kylaq Sportline variant in the future. Probably around the festive season. It might be positioned on the range-topping Prestige+ trim and pack sportier styling and more exciting interior finishes than standard Kylaq. More details will be revealed in the future. With the launch of Kylaq, Skoda Auto has stepped into a new price point altogether and has turned its fortunes around. Ever since it has launched, Kylaq has emerged as the primary volume generator for the brand accounting for around 66% of Skoda’s total sales in December 2025 as it sold 3,668 units that month.
