Skoda Auto India has officially unveiled the new Kushaq facelift in India, ahead of its price announcement. The updated mid-size SUV gets a heavily reworked exterior design, refreshed interiors, new features, and even a fresh gearbox offering.
In terms of design, the facelifted Skoda Kushaq boasts a new fascia, which includes a fresh bumper, new grille with segmented LED inserts inspired by its elder sibling, the Kodiaq, and new headlamps. On either side, the SUV benefits from a fresh design for the 17-inch alloy wheels. Towards the rear, it receives a new set of LED taillights with a connected LED light bar, and a revised tailgate.
Inside, Skoda has equipped the 2026 Kushaq with a segment-first massage function for the rear seats. An electric sunroof is available right from the base variant, while higher variants even get a panoramic sunroof. Also up for offer is all-LED lighting, front parking sensors, illuminated Skoda lettering at the rear, sequential turn indicators, leatherette seats, six-way electrically adjustable front seats with ventilation, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, automatic climate control, and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Further, six airbags are offered as standard.
Under the hood, the Kushaq facelift gets the same 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI petrol engines as its predecessor. Transmission options include six-speed manual and seven-speed DSG units, as well as a new eight-speed torque converter automatic unit.
Skoda is also offering a Monte Carlo variant in the Kushaq facelift right from the unveil, and it gets unique elements in the form of Monte Carlo badging, grille with red stripes, blacked out finish for certain exterior parts, and a dual-tone paint.
