Sault Ste. Marie Airport Shares Essential Snow Travel Advice

With more snow on the way, the Sault Ste. Marie Airport is offering travellers some advice before they head to the airport. “Check your flight status with your airline before heading to the airport and allow additional travel time," the airport said on social media. The airport also offered advice to anyone who planned to drive out of the city. "Travel may become hazardous due to sudden drops in visibility," the post said. "Roads and walkways may be snow‑covered and difficult to navigate. Allow extra time if travelling in affected areas."
