It appears that Samsung continues to offer this promotion even now so those who didn't take advantage of it yet can still benefit. The Explorer Pass basically offers access to various content services and apps. For example, customers get an NBA League Pass for the current season valued at $109. 3-months of YouTube TV is also included which is a $249 value. Customers also get 12 months of YouTube Premium, a $168 value, while 12 months of Project Pulsar from Adobe is also included. Other benefits include Calm Premium and Google Play Pass for 12 months, as well as a Google AI Pro subscription for 12 months, a $240 value. There's no saying how long Samsung will keep this promotion active. If you hadn't already bought the Galaxy XR but have been meaning to, best to do it now before these incentives run out.
