Morgan Lewis Guides Tranio in Strategic Real Estate Investment with Imtiaz Developments

DUBAI, January 21, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Tranio, an international private real estate investment company, on a strategic real estate investment arrangement with Imtiaz Developments, a private residential real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates. The mandate covered the structuring and negotiation of a real estate “build-up area split” investment agreement and related syndication arrangements as well as a framework joint venture agreement. The initial investment transaction relates to select phases of a residential development in Dubai undertaken by Imtiaz Developments. The joint venture is intended to serve as a framework for future cooperation and a planned series of real estate development investments that Tranio expects to pursue with Imtiaz Developments in Dubai.
