Lord Bitemu Vows to Challenge Nansana MP Election Results in Court

Singer Mutebi Ramanthan, known as Lord Bitemu, has revealed plans to challenge the results of the Nansana Municipality Member of Parliament race in court. Speaking during an interview, Lord Bitemu said he is preparing to take legal action against the Wakiso Electoral Commission, insisting that he emerged victorious in the polls but was unfairly denied the win. The seat was instead awarded to Zambaali Bulaasio Mukasa, a decision Lord Bitemu strongly disputes. He explained that his legal team is currently gathering the necessary evidence and documentation to file an election petition within the legally required 14-day window. “I will not allow my victory to be taken away without a fight,” Lord Bitemu said, emphasizing his determination to reclaim what he believes rightfully belongs to him through lawful means. Addressing his music career, the artist assured fans that he is not stepping away from the industry. He noted that despite the demanding election period, he has several music projects lined up, which he plans to release in the near future.
