Brazilian news outlet RTI Esporte have claimed that Liverpool still hold an interest in signing Andre, most likely in the summer, and even go so far as to state that an offer is expected to be made by the Anfield outfit. Wolves are said to be determined to keep Andre at Molineux despite the reported interest from Liverpool, with it being claimed that any offer lower than £26.2million (€30million) would not be accepted. Joao Gomes update Liverpool are reportedly no longer in the running to sign Wolves star Joao Gomes, with Manchester United now leading the race for his signature. The Reds have previously been credited with an interest in signing Gomes in recent months, but Caught Offside have reported that the reigning Premier League champions have “cooled” their interest in the midfielder. As a result, United are being mentioned as the club showing the strongest interest in signing Gomes, while Crystal Palace have also been mentioned as a potential suitor for the former Flamengo star.
