Jennifer Lawrence: 'Surprised' More People Haven't Noticed How Skinny I Am in New Film

Jennifer Lawrence is "surprised" that more people haven't brought up how "skinny" she is in her latest movie, which she filmed while pregnant with her second son. Lawrence, 35, shared that observation with Amy Poehler during the Tuesday, Jan. 20 episode of Good Hang with Amy Poehler. She also discussed her early modeling career, friendship with producer Justine Shiraki, and presenting herself through fashion — something she said becomes more challenging while growing a family. "I mean you, like a lot of people, were working through a lot of your pregnancies," Poehler told the Die My Love star. "And that's also a weird thing, too, because your body is kind of, you're like bringing your body along for the ride." "Well, I was surprised more people haven't talked about how skinny I am in Die My Love because I'm pregnant," Lawrence sarcastically replied. "Nobody's like 'Wow, you were pregnant? You looked so skinny.' Like I've never had any Ozempic rumor." Lawrence told W Magazine in November that filming Die My Love opposite Robert Pattinson was "real sexy family planning." Motherhood and pregnancy haven't always been on-the-record topics for Lawrence, but during The Hollywood Reporter's Actress Roundtable, she shared that it was getting increasingly harder not to broach the subjects. "I don't want to talk about my kids," she said. "But it's impossible not to, so I've landed on, 'I will talk about my experience as a mother.'
