Goblin Sushi: Master Bizarre Dishes & Beat Rising Rent in Early Access

Metaroot has revealed their latest roguelike restaurant simulation title, Goblin Sushi, with its Early Access scheduled for February 9 on Android, iOS, and PC. Developed by the indie studio, Old Cake Factory, they previously held a demo run, and is now bringing the ultimate goblin sushi chef experience. Get ready to cook tasty sushi and serve them to impatient goblins Goblin Sushi blends roguelike chaos with restaurant simulation, putting you in the shoes of a Goblin chef serving sushi to other goblins. Now, you get to roll a wide variety of tasty sushi using goblin cave ingredients like caterpillars, slugs, chicken heads, and more. Yes, it is pretty weird but that’s the charm. First of all, the visuals and overall aesthetics really got my attention, even though some of the food items look pretty gross if I’ve to be honest. And, the customers are equally wild, with picky and impatient goblins of every type showing up, like Granny Goblin, Trash Goblin, Ghost Goblin, Poop Goblin and more. You need to juggle rising rent while upgrading your sushi restaurant But the real challenge is not serving them sushi, since your rent is due every two minutes and keeps rising at an inflationary rate over time. So, to survive, you need to upgrade your restaurant, expand the menu, and increase your cash flow through sushi combos and boosted rice cooker. Overall, the game is looking very fun at the minute with its chaotic gameplay, solid range of sushi, inflationary rent prices, captivating visuals, and more. Now, I just hope that the global release is around the corner as I too want to experience serving poop sushi as a Goblin chef. Goblin Sushi is arriving in early access on Android, iOS, and PC on February 9, 2026. While the game is yet to be listed on the app stores, you can wishlist it on Steam for now.
