Free Skateboard Workshops & More This Half-Term Holiday

Free skateboard workshops, a BMX stunt show and street art sessions will be offered during February half-term, South Kesteven District Council has confirmed. The skateboard sessions would run throughout the day at Deeping, Stamford, Bourne and Grantham skate parks during the holiday, the council said. The event at Grantham would also mark the official opening of the new park, following its "soft opening" before Christmas. A BMX stunt show would take place at the Market Deeping BMX Track, where visitors would get the opportunity to have a go at street art and decorate their own equipment, a spokesperson said.
