ESTC is partnering with Nimbus Disability to streamline accessibility validation for supporters. A Nimbus Access Card or Wembley Digital Access Pass will now be mandatory for wheelchair and easy access tickets for all England fixtures. This simplifies the process, enhances privacy, and ensures a consistent, respectful experience for supporters needing accessible seating.
ESTC are pleased to confirm that we are now working in partnership with Nimbus Disability to improve the way accessibility requirements are validated.
As part of this update, all Wheelchair and Easy Access supporters will be required to hold a valid Nimbus Access Card or Wembley Digital Access Pass (DAP). This will be used to confirm eligibility for accessible tickets for all England home and away fixtures.
Nimbus is one of the UK's leading providers of disability-related training and consultancy for business and organisations. Nimbus are the company behind an award-winning Access Card, which is enabling accessible guests' better access to entertainment venues across the country.
What’s changing?
Nimbus Access Cards and Wembley Digital Access Passes will now be used as the single method of validation for accessibility requirements.
This means:
• Supporting documentation only needs to be provided once during the Nimbus application process
• You will not need to explain or discuss your access needs when booking tickets
• You will be required to submit your Nimbus card when applying for EA and WC tickets for away matches – this will submitted when submitting your accessible request for the game in question
This creates a simpler, more private, and more respectful experience for supporters.
Please note that the POD@wembleystadium.com inbox has now closed permanently, as Nimbus replaces this process for collecting and verifying supporting documentation.
What’s not changing?
There are no changes to:
• How you apply for tickets
• How tickets are allocated
• How you purchase tickets for England matches
The only change is that, at the point of purchase, your Nimbus Access Card ID or Wembley DAP number will be used to validate eligibility for Wheelchair or Easy Access seating.
If you already hold a Nimbus Access Card
• You will be asked to provide your Access Card ID at the time of purchase
• You may register your Access Card with Wembley Stadium if you wish, but this is not required
• Please ensure your Access Card is linked to your FAN Number - Link your card to your FAN here
If you do not hold an Access Card
You can apply for either:
• A Nimbus Access Card -
• A Wembley Digital Access Pass (DAP) (free of charge) - this covers all events at Wembley, England away games and on the road games,
Either of these can be applied for here - Apply for an Access Card or Wembley DAP
All applications are managed directly by Nimbus. Supporting documentation only needs to be submitted once.
