Delta Police Apprehend 45-Year-Old Woman with 100 Wraps of 'Loud'

Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have arrested a 45 years old lady, Joy Ezeni, with one hundred wraps of weed suspected to be ‘loud’. The suspect was arrested on 19th January 2026, DAILY POST reports. The operatives recovered the illicit drugs from the suspect, who is currently in custody. Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the development in a statement. The statement read, “On 19th January 2026, operatives of Raiders Unit acting on intelligence stormed ogwashi-Uku and arrested one Joy Ezeni ‘f’ aged 45 years, and recovered one hundred wraps of weed suspected to be ‘loud’. “Suspect and exhibits are in custody while investigation is ongoing.”
