White & Case Welcomes Chris Jeanes as New Partner in London

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Investment Funds Practice and Global Private Capital Industry Group with the addition of Chris Jeanes as a funds partner in London. "We have accelerating demand for funds advice, from both private capital sponsors and sovereign clients, and investment in this area is a strategic priority," said White & Case Chair, Heather McDevitt. "Chris' expertise supports our funds capability in EMEA as well as the US and Asia-Pacific, adding greater strength to our full-service private capital team, globally." Chris advises private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and other investors on a variety of fund raisings and secondary transactions, including GP-led continuation vehicles and the acquisition and sale of large portfolios of fund interests. He joins White & Case from Akin Gump, where he was counsel, and brings more than ten years of experience.
