Biesterfeld Expands Songwon Partnership for Stabiliser Distribution

Biesterfeld, a global distributor of speciality chemical products, has announced the expansion of its partnership with Songwon CS, a manufacturer of speciality chemicals. The extended agreement, effective immediately, will see Biesterfeld distribute Songwon’s antioxidant and light stabiliser product lines, “Songnox CS” and “Songsorb CS,” in several new European markets. The expanded distribution network now includes the Baltic States, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and Romania. Previously, the partnership covered Austria, parts of Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, and Türkiye. Strengthening local presence and customer support Robert Geffken, Product Manager at Biesterfeld, emphasised the partnership’s value for formulators, noting that Biesterfeld’s market expertise combined with Songwon CS’s comprehensive portfolio ensures tailored solutions for specific applications. Fabio Giuntoli, Sales Manager Coatings EMEA at Songwon CS, highlighted the strategic importance of the collaboration: “Expanding our partnership with Biesterfeld allows us to reach customers in new regions more effectively.
